I contributed to planning and validating invitation-based onboarding, authentication, customer communication, lead collection, automation, reporting, and analytics while supporting the backend and data layer.

- Planned and validated CRM business workflows.
- Supported invitation-based onboarding and authentication flows.
- Configured self-hosted Chatwoot and integrated Facebook Lead Ads through APIs and webhooks.
- Worked with PostgreSQL, Redis queues, Docker environments, and GitHub Actions deployment.
- Tested customer import and paginated retrieval using 5,000+ records.
