Project overview
I contributed to planning and validating invitation-based onboarding, authentication, customer communication, lead collection, automation, reporting, and analytics while supporting the backend and data layer.
Primary contributions
- Planned and validated CRM business workflows.
- Supported invitation-based onboarding and authentication flows.
- Configured self-hosted Chatwoot and integrated Facebook Lead Ads through APIs and webhooks.
- Worked with PostgreSQL, Redis queues, Docker environments, and GitHub Actions deployment.
- Tested customer import and paginated retrieval using 5,000+ records.
Project context
The work covered connected CRM workflows across onboarding, communication, lead collection, reporting, and analytics. It required understanding how business processes moved through the backend and data layer.
What this work represents
The project strengthened my experience in understanding complex business processes and contributing to connected backend systems across staging and production environments.
